Description

Climate Communication Workshop Empowering Professionals and Communities to Lead through Science, Behavior, and Authenticity Date: 27th February 2026 | Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (3 Hours) Target Audience: Sustainability leads, ESG consultants, policy advocates, NGO workers, climate professionals and individuals. Venue Partner: TERI SAS 1. Overview Climate change is a shared crisis, but our responses often remain siloed. Whether you are managing a corporate sustainability strategy or leading a waste-segregation drive in your local neighborhood (RWA), the challenge is the same: How do we turn climate information into collective action? Hosted by Gaialink, this 3-hour workshop brings together professionals, community leaders, and climate advocates. Participants will learn the core science of climate change, the behavioral psychology of why people resist change, and the practical skills to craft narratives that move people to act—without falling into the trap of greenwashing. 2. Key Modules (The 4 Pillars) Pillar 1: Climate Science for Everyone  Pillar 2: The Psychology of Effective Communication Pillar 3: The Integrity Filter (Spotting Greenwashing)  Pillar 4: Hands-on Activities 3. Target Audience Professionals: ESG leads, sustainability consultants, and corporate comms managers. Community Leaders: RWA members, local club representatives, and youth climate advocates. Concerned Citizens: Individuals working in the climate space or looking to start impactful initiatives in their own circles. 4. Core Outcomes Unified Language: Ability to discuss climate science clearly with diverse audiences (bosses, neighbors, or vendors). Communication Toolkit: Practical strategies to influence habits and drive adoption of green technologies or policies. Critical Literacy: A "detective’s eye" for spotting misleading environmental claims. Registration Fee - INR 999 (To be paid after your registration has been approved)
