The 28th European Forum on Urban Forestry (EFUF 2026) gathers a global community of practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in Malmö, Sweden, under the theme "Diversity in Urban Forestry." This four-day forum emphasizes the vital intersection of people, trees, and ideas to build more resilient and inclusive cities. Moving beyond traditional silviculture, the event explores the "broadest sense" of urban forestry—from street trees to peri-urban woodlands. Participants will engage in knowledge exchange regarding the management, governance, and design of green spaces that support both public health and biodiversity.
