Description

The 13th European Urban Resilience Forum (EURESFO26) is scheduled for 17–19 June 2026 in Guimarães, Portugal, the 2026 European Green Capital. Co-organized by ICLEI Europe and the European Environment Agency (EEA), it will convene city and regional leaders, resilience experts, and stakeholders to share integrated approaches to climate change adaptation, disaster risk management, and urban resilience. Reflecting Guimarães’s long-standing sustainability commitment, the forum will spotlight innovation in small and medium-sized cities, emphasize bottom-up strategies, and feature workshops, plenary discussions, and networking opportunities. A press kit is available, and organizers welcome co-organiser expressions of interest.
