About Event
The Centre for Climate Impact Adaptation (CCIMA) is a new initiative, comprising an international consortium of scientists, policy specialists, and climate practitioners, focusing on climate adaptation, resilience, and mitigation. Our initial area of focus is India’s eastern and north-eastern region. CCIMA takes a holistic systems approach and focuses on data-driven, field-validated, bottom-up, scalable solutions that translate into concrete policy outcomes.
CCIMA’s defining strength is an end-to-end systems approach that integrates real-time environmental and socio-economic monitoring, advanced analytics, field pilots, and policy co-design to deliver scalable, investable, and socially inclusive solutions.
