The 2026 Festival of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) is the third edition of the European Commission’s premier event designed to translate the European Green Deal into tangible, aesthetic, and inclusive local realities. Held in Brussels, the festival revolves around the core philosophy of "Life. Spaces. Buildings."—emphasizing that human experience must precede structural design. The event is structured into four pillars: the Forum for high-level policy debate, the Fair for physical project prototypes, the Fest for cultural expression, and Satellite Events occurring simultaneously across Europe. It serves as a global stage to showcase how affordable housing and democratic engagement can drive the transition toward a climate-neutral, beautiful, and socially equitable future.
