Description
The 4th World Biodiversity Forum, themed "Leading Transformation Together," is a premier international gathering designed to bridge the gap between biodiversity science and actionable policy. Held in Davos, Switzerland, from June 14–19, 2026, the forum brings together researchers, practitioners, indigenous leaders, and business representatives to implement the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The program moves beyond identifying problems to co-developing "biodiversity-positive futures" through 10 thematic tracks and over 90 specialized sessions. By integrating arts, culture, and ethics alongside rigorous ecological and financial modeling, the forum seeks to address the root causes of biodiversity loss and foster just, equitable structures for planetary health across generations.
